Who we are
Basis Partners is a transaction advisory firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa. You can reach us at advisory@basispartners.co.za.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message, and, if you choose to give them, your role and the country and stage of your transaction. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry and to decide whether and how we can help. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form service provider that passes them to us by email, and may be stored on servers outside South Africa. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our dealings with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We may update this notice and will change the date above when we do.
